From 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Ari will be teaching choreography to "Soul Sista" by Bilal.
From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Ari will be teaching choreography to "Heat" by Chris Brown.

Couples, do you want to learn skills to maintain lasting relationships? Come out to our next Couple’s Master Class. We will be discussing communication and conflict resolution skills, issues surrounding commitment and family systems, as well as the different Love Languages.

What to expect...
Amidst learning lyrical choreography, class will consist of exercises at the beginning, middle, and end of class.
Come fully clothed and together we will take off layers of clothes to symbolize the obstacles we have faced as women. Our hope is to allow you to be free and feel comfortable in nothing but your t-shirt (and panties/shorts). As an icebreaker, we will partake in a 'would-you-rather' self-care exercise. Before learning choreography, we will write a word or small phrase that describes our strengths or aspirations. In the middle of class, we will identify a weakness or shortcoming we are managing. Class will conclude with a round "table" discussion to reflect, connect, and network. Our hope is to entice you to contribute during class in any capacity you are able (i.e. physically and/or verbally).
We aim to make this a comfortable and empowering experience for you and want to ensure we achieve that goal.
Purpose Driven Empowerment Program- High School
Each Saturday 10:30AM- 12PM
Male youth will be empowered through purpose learning, accountability, confidence building, conflict resolution, coping skills, identity development, and skill building.
$40 per month or $200 per school semester

This class blends mindfulness, intentional connection among one another, contemporary dance, role play, erotic floorwork, and much more! Pynk Aces wants all women to find time to escape from their everyday pressures. Encouraging women to prioritize their pleasure through dance. Taking the focus off body, and beauty standards, but truly allowing herself the opportunity to be present. Allowing time with herself, silencing ALL insecurities, while a tribe of like-minded sisters pour into her.
Learn sexy, seductive dance choreography, while focusing on flexibility, and sensual motions. ALL women, from ALL walks of life, are welcomed!! Do not be discouraged or nervous. This class was created so that YOU can come let loose and embrace your sexy.
Healing Through Movement with Biancca Spriggs
Biancca Spriggs has over a decade of professional training in Modern, Liturgical, African, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Ballet. She started training in technique at age 13 and quickly grew a passion for movement. Biancca specializes in healing through movement. She uses her skillset in performance and technique training to embody and share with others the connection between emotion and movement. Biancca believes there is a release that occurs when we channel a specific or all emotions into movement. Biancca is a previous International Blacks in Dance Conference Member (IABD) where she traveled to Los Angles, California and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a member of the IABD yearly conference.
The Healing through movement course is a great space to build self-esteem. Biancca says, “I believe through personal experience that movement has healed my life. After transitioning from a working mom of 1 to a stay at home mom of two, I found myself in a depression. When I began to dance again not only did, I drop major pounds, but I also encountered peace and an assurance that I have everything that I need on the inside to be amazing on the outside. Join me as I combine my dance training into one course. “
